A formal diagnostic interview assessment and self report assessment to identify symptoms and provide formal diagnosis to be used to treatment with therapist, psychiatric professional or for self help purposes. Diagnostic interviews require 1hr and 15 minutes to complete and 30 minutes to complete self assessment prior to the interview and possibly additional time post interview if additional symptoms are discovered.
